| HDL3

Huntington-like neurodegenerative disorder 2 is a protein that is encoded by the HDL3 gene. HDL3 is one of the subtypes of high-density lipoprotein (HDL), which are small, dense lipoprotein particles. Together with HDL2 (the large, light subtype), they form total HDL‌.Promoting cholesterol reverse transport, transporting cholesterol from peripheral tissues to the liver for metabolism, reducing atherosclerosis risk.HDL3 levels are negatively correlated with the risk of coronary heart disease, and the detection of HDL3 is a better indicator of cardiovascular disease risk than total HDL.

| Linearity
